Option 1: Design Consultation $140/hr
Perfect for homeowners, realtors or contractors who want professional guidance without hiring a full-service designer.
During these consultations, I'll help you refine your vision, evaluate design ideas, and make confident decisions about materials, finishes, colors, layouts, and overall style. Together we'll narrow down the options and identify the look you're trying to achieve, giving you the confidence to source and purchase the materials on your own. This service is ideal for clients who enjoy managing their own project but want an experienced design eye along the way.
Option 2: Design Consulting + Plans $240/hr
For homeowners who want a clear design direction and a comprehensive plan before beginning their project.
In addition to ongoing design consultations, I'll create custom design concepts and plans tailored to your home. This may include mood boards, material palettes, finish selections, space planning, furniture layouts, cabinetry concepts, lighting recommendations, and design renderings as needed. You'll receive a cohesive roadmap that you or your contractor can confidently bring to life.
Option 3: Full Service Design $500/hr
From concept to completion, we manage every aspect of your design project with a cohesive vision and meticulous attention to detail. Our full-service offering includes concept development, space planning, finish and material selections, cabinetry and millwork design, lighting plans, furniture and décor selections, custom design details, procurement, project coordination, installation, and final styling—creating a home that feels thoughtfully designed from the ground up.
